How It Works
At Signium we ensure the significance of the Board Evaluation results by coducting a thorough, four step process divided into two stages.
Stage 1 - Individual assets
The first part focuses on getting to know the Board members individually through coaching interviews with Signium consultants and via personality and motivation tests. The Board as a group fills in the Board Questionnaire, consisting of tailored statements for the specific client.
Stage 2 - Seeing synergies
The second part evaluates the results from all the surveys and interviews. Combined insights are discussed first with the Chair of the Board and then in a workshop setting together with the whole governing body. Signium consultants present future implications from the process.
