Modern online solution
The Culture Due Diligence solution consist of two 20-minute surveys, each conducted online, through a curated link for each respondent. The personalized approach removes the hassle of creating external accounts and logging in on specific platforms.
How It Works
At Signium we ensure the significance of the CDD results by coducting a thorough, four step process, divided into two stages.
Stage 1 - Identifying the Desired Culture
The company selects participants to Survey 1, which consists of 80 statements used to identify the desired organizational culture. The results are analysed and presented by Signium consultants, paired with a workshop to deepen management’s understanding of the findings.
Stage 2 - Current Culture and Forward
All employees, including owners, Board, and management, complete Survey 2, followed by an in-depth analysis of the cultural gaps, with key findings presented in workshops for stakeholders and staff, along with recommended actions to achieve the ideal company culture.
