How It Works

At Signium we ensure the significance of the MDA results by coducting a thorough, four step process divided into two stages.

Stage 1 - Individual assets

In the first stage the management team members complete numerical, inductive, and verbal tests, along with 360-degree feedback. Signium consultants conduct individual interviews and career analysis with the members, alongside comprehensive evaluations based on input from colleagues, managers, and subordinates.

Stage 2 - Report ready-made

Signium consultants present test and 360-feedback results to management both individually and collectively, followed by a detailed report to the owner, including management evaluations, key SWOT insights, and future implications.
